Mr. Raab leverages his considerable expertise to help clients stand up to fraudulent, unfair and illegal practices by large financial institutions, insurance companies and other “big business.”
Prior to joining Greg Coleman to help launch Greg Coleman Law, Mr. Raab was a partner at one of the nation’s premier plaintiff’s class action and aggregate litigation firms. He was also a partner at nationally recognized corporate firms where he successfully litigated a broad and diverse range of cases on both the plaintiff and defense sides, including matters involving consumer fraud, business torts, financial services litigation, insurance coverage disputes, product defects, pharmaceutical litigation and catastrophic personal injuries.
While Mr. Raab currently focuses on the representation of plaintiffs that have been harmed by the wrongs of others, he has years of experience defending large, international corporations in high-profile matters. In fact, it was Mr. Raab’s behind-the-scenes view that ultimately convinced him to take on corporate America instead of continuing to represent it.
Mr. Raab is an active member of the community and has served on the board of the Anti-Defamation League. In addition to spending time with his wife, Kristen, and his three children, he enjoys the outdoors, as well as music and traveling. He is an avid fan of the Georgia Bulldogs and professional sports teams in Atlanta and Chicago (where he currently resides).
