02
Adkisson v. Jacobs Engineering-Kingston Coal Ash Spill Litigation (Tennessee)

Represented hundreds of workers and their families who suffered injuries while participating in the cleanup of the Kingston coal ash spill, one of the largest environmental disasters in U.S. history. Plaintiffs alleged, among other claims, that the defendant failed to provide essential personal protective equipment, exposing workers to hazardous conditions.
